firstly hi to both of u
if she is of simple type grl then thats good to take parents opinian or if i was there in place of ur friend (if i were a girl in her position) then i will say to that guy that i too love u(that guy).
Because according to me i will be happy with that person who proposed me and not to whom i proposed...........!
But every 1 has heart and a mind so she should think of her own life(with whom she will be happy)............!!

Is it her problem, that he proposed her? I dont think parents should be worrying about this. Nowdays this is common trend. Unfortunateky old generation still has to cope with youngers.

well you can either be honest and tell them everything or you can gloss over what happened so it sounds pretty and hope that they dont find out any more than what you tell them. good luck!

if her parents have known everything it is better to tell them every thing rightnow ,tell them that its not her fault after all they are her parents they'll not say anything after knowing the truth

you asked your friend about the situation and tell him that is not good for him. so if she did't want then she have to refuge him directly. and asking him to set herself and then come to propose.
