Never to late!

30 isn't old. Granted, going to college while holding a full-time job is very hard. Maybe just take one class at a time until you can afford to take a part-time job. But when I was in law school, there was a student who was over 60. He passed the bar and practiced law for quite a few years, too.

The fact is, things change so quickly these days no one can assume their career is going to be life-long. People will be going back and getting updated education all their lives.

Nope, I work in a college and trust me, we have students that are twice your age and still pursuing a degree.
Perhaps, just do the math. Calculate how much you would earn in the next 10 years if you continue receiving the same salary you have now. Now, calculate how much you would earn if you stopped working full-time for a couple of years to get a degree but then received a much higher salary for the next 10 years.
There's your answer.

Yes, if you can find the time to go to college and especially if you can increase your income substantually after college. Remember at 30 years of age, you are still young enough to have several good years ahead of you if you are in good health.

It's never too late. Some people 50+ go back for further education. You may find something that you're much happier doing.

yes it's definately worth it!!! If you decide to move up within your company, a degree with give you the extra edge.
I was promoted within my company because I had a degree and my colleagues did not.
See if your company offers tuition reimbursement.
