When my friend went to DELHI where is is from he told me that there was alot of dead bodys laying around because they had no family to bury them.

WHAT USELESS THEY ARE TALKING THOUGH DELHI IS BIG CITY. INDIA IS THAT COUNTRY WHERE DEAD BODY GETS MORE RESPECT THAN A LIVE BODY. HERE PEOPLE OF HINDU'S RELIGION BURN THE DEAD BODY NOT BURY. PEOPLE UNDERSTAND THAT BURNING OF DEAD BODY OF UNKNOWN PEOPLE IS GOOD WORK BY DOING THIS JOB GOD WILL BE HAPPY. THERE IS NOTHING LIKE THIS.

The media doesn't publish her name or identity because they don't want that parents and relative have to suffer for this whole incident if they mention her name or identity. Moreover if its not true then why media can tell us a fake story. and nobody can tell us this thing about any girl after all they also a human being why media will make a fake story just for publicity. Its really a true incident which is happened with her and my friend we have to join her hands to fight with such a cruel peoples

Indian community is family based. Every member takes care of their brother/sister atlest to bury their family member. This attachment still exist. No way one will find unattended dead body. Even at the time major crises dead bodies a buried with tradional rituals.

I too have been Delhi, India 2 weeks ago, stayed for 1 week , but never saw anything as your friend has said, please remember India is emerging as number 2 powerful economic country in the world.

For want of identification sometimes there is a possibility for unclaimed bodies,still they will be taken care of by the local police.
