for me firstly we need education, then we need good agricultural technology. educations bring a new generation that can make new ways to solve problems, good agricultural will give more food to the poor. when poor and hungry citizen get their food, they will not develop dissent thus will not make new civil war.
empty stomach will only bring people to loot.

Please give me a break! Are you people really that stupid? If they keep on fighting then they wont have anything to fight for because there wont be anything worth fighting over! In Africa its a good example of the me,me,me situation. Everyone wants to be top dog so they fight and fight to be first, so lets just sit back and wait for them to kill each other off and then after there are only a few left then they might get the idea that they need to be a lot more responsible of what they have and use it wisely. So instead of fuc*ing maybe they should do some work and grow some kind of food to eat or build some schools to educate there people! I myself think of them as a bunch of lazy bastards that just want to fu*k or fight and do no form of work to better themselves!!! So just why do you think we have to keep on giving them a hand out and them not being responsible for growing crops or stop fighting long enough to help each other out? Here Ill tell you what---lets say you get a job so you can send them your money so they can fight over it and Ill watch! P.S. I have mercy on those who deserve it and that includes their off spring!!!

Simply put. EDUCATION. But to educate them, would require massive logistics. The people in power there don't want the masses to be educated. I don't worry about Africa. I worry about the stinkin' socialist democrats trying to take over THIS country.

Educate the poor! Teach them that having a lot of children does not mean you are rich and that they should work for their money and not steal. there are so many ideas that i can list but the best would be proper education!!!

A better education system. Also if they would quit fighting on that Continent they would be better off too.
