Critique: Your anatomy is off and there is no shading. Now, I'm not the best at anatomy but I can spot things. The shirt should come up a little off the shoulder and in some of the pictures the eyes are too high on the head. The eyes should be in the middle of the head. In the pictures Alexander 1st and Alexander 2nd you have these lines under the eyes that give a tired appearance, I don't know if that was what you were going for. The head is also shaped weird, it should be widest at the top and get less wide as you reach the chin. Try http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/36696404/,it may help a little.
