I am from India and just guessing now. It seems you are asking about the "Autorickshaw". In india, we have many manufacturer for them. Links to few of them are listed are below. In short, the manufacturer are
Bajaj - Leader.
Scooters India Ltd - Vikram brand, popular in north India.
Mahindra & mahindra - Mainly cargo vehicles.
Piaggio India - They are the one who started 3 wheelers in Italy, but now India is the biggest producer & exporter of these.
Honda India - They are not there yet, but planning to come.
TVS - Planning to come.
This behicale is quite popular here and we use these instead of 4-wheeler Taxis used in other places. It comes cheap & quick in congested traffic. In any India-centric western media production, this invariably appears as another amusing thing.
