yep, it was steve martin. along with alec baldwin as the host, paul mccartney, tony bennett and martin short and a performance by christina aguilera. that's all that i could remember cus i was flipping between snl and csi miami =)

Yep, it seems tonight was "cameo night" with Martin Short, Tony Bennett, Tina Fey, Tracy Morgan, and Paul McCartney all making appearances along with Steve.
They must be serving pigs in a blanket at the after-party. No one can resist those.

I especially liked Tony Bennett he really seemed to enjoy Alec Baldwin's imitation of him...

damn wish i had known they were hosting.. hell add in Chevy chase you'd have half the original cast of SNL
and they could have done 3 amigos once again
