How do I put wrestling home videos on Myspace.com?

I like to backyard wrestle with my friends and sometimes I tape it! On Bolt.com, some people have their own shows and I want to put on a show of my own!

I do it on a trampoline and we are very careful! It is not like other backyard wrestling as seen on TV, we fake it and are as careful as can be because we are still kids!

Create a free myspace account, go to your account settings and find the "upload movies" The movie must be saved on your hard disk (PC), then you simple upload it online.
