If she is your wife you should have open communication.
She might have an infection if the oder is bad.
Your not doing her or yourself any favors by being silent.

As another respondent has pointed out, your wife may have an infection. Does she shower daily? A douche is not necessary as a woman's vagina is self-cleaning and a douche may mess up the chemical balance and cause yeast and other types of infections.
If she does shower daily and if she is healthy, you may just have an aversion to her natural odor. If that is the case, you can use perfumed massage creams to mask it. Good luck!

How if you ask her with you going to supermarket/mall and try to find a douche/specific soap for vagina, and try to tell her that you will love more to your wife if she use that regularly (2x daily or before sex). And make reason that your friends (females in office) always buy that kind of things. But I think you've known your wife more than me, you know how to do, don't you?
I hope you don't think other options while you write this question.

The shower before sex sounds good. Sounds like she needs to do that more often. Try putting something down there like chocolate, whipped cream, or other liquid flavor you like. Maybe that will help. But I wouldn't want to go down on a woman who has a bad odor. She's either not clean or needs a gyno.

Don't wash yourself for a week, then ask her to 69 with you. When she says you smell yukky, you tell her she smell the same. "A smell is better than a thousand words".

I'm sure she knows that she smells but maybe it's her body odor and she can't do anything about it. Some women are like that even if they shower and clean.
But I dunno if she shaves down there, if she doesn't then maybe that would help.
U can't tell her without offending her, so just suggest that she shaves or puts on some deodorant or something

I would think she would want to know. In a marriage, you should be able to communicate something like that. Tell her, because she may need to see her Dr.
