Surprising, the printer behaves as if it is printing pages but what I get is a blank page. I have tried replacing the cartridges as well as the print head. Can anyone help ?

This is silly, but it has happened. Make sure the protective tape on the ink cartridge has been removed before installing it into the printer. I have an IT friend who made this very embarrassing mistake.

Reseat the cable btwn the pc and printer.
Try running a self test on the printer and see what u get..
