I don't know why, but my PSP did the same thing. You have to buy the Media Manager software from Sony or other manufacture.

did you deleted all your songs in the memory stick do you have a twine much less huge band router cuz I truthfully have a psp and its working effective hmm it won't help you play your muisc record i think of your memory stick is finished.
