What did you like to do in high school? Were you part of any club? Chances are, you'd still enjoy those things, so find a venue where you can enjoy doing them now.

How old are your children? Volunteering to coach some of their sports activities, or reading in their classes would help to appease your boredom.

If that's what you're bored of, check out your local craft fairs and look to see if there's anything you'd be interested in learning how to do. A friend's mother took up woodworking because she didn't want to knit, and now she makes a nice income off of selling her wares.

Or, you could go back to school! Nothing beats continued education, and you can choose the subjects you want.

Boring is a large epidemic, try to find something interresting for all of you in the family. If it means that everyone needs a holiday then go for a holiday. If the holiday should be taken individually, then go!

Taking a break does not hurt anyone, make a family meeting and talk it over.

Find something to do. A hobby. But don't break up the family, your kids will suffer and it will affect them forever. You are a mother first, then a wife. Find ways to make your marriage work. Be nice and exciting to your husband. Do something different......get a sexy outfit, make a nice dinner etc. And he'll respond and treat you better. Read "the proper care and feeding of husbands." It will help you and in turn change him. You may be able to rekindle your love.

Why are you bored. Think of the time when you were full of Zest raring to go. and think of now when you are getting bored. There are things you did when you were not bored but now you do not do the things you liked doing and of course boredom will set in. Take charge of your life and bring back into your life what you enjoy

Better get to spicing things up! Have you talked with your mate? Do you still wish to be with this person? If you do, I would suggest that you sit down with your mate, discuss these issues, and work out a solution to this problem. There are several ways to spice things up....it just depends on whether or not you are game. If you truly love this person still, the don't give up on it...where there's a will, there's a way.

I am sure you are joking !!!
Take care of them, live their dreams, be part of their future, make plans for you and them...
.... One trick though about the boring part : You are fed up with your love life with your wife... and this is OK.
Find physical fantasies (love) where you can, with another partner who will not destroy your system, and who is available for you under the same conditions.
But when you have a beautiful family and 3 kids, you owe them love and care and attention, and also a lot of your time. Give it with love, you will be rewarded later in life with unvaluable feelings and care.

Anytime someone says they are miserable, I say get involved in something besides your own misery. Get involved in church, do something for an old person, sing to a child, water the lawn (ppl will wave at you), clean out your closet and donate the stuff. You will feel so much better if you give yourself to an activity! Stewing in your own juices is great if you are a pot roast! If not, get out of the pot!

Talk to your mate and tell them how you are feeling. Sad for the kids that you no longer want them, but hopefully they are old enough to take care of themselves.

Maybe you need some real trauma in your life to help you to appreciate what you have. Why don't you go skydiving?
