I'm assuming you mean identical twins? I have identical twins and was discussing this with a friend of mine who is an identical twin.
Identical, or monozygotic, twins come from the same fertilized egg which splits. They have the exact same DNA. So, if a set of identical female twins were to have children with a set of identical male twins then the resulting children would genetically be brothers/sisters. (Emotionally/legally/etc they would be cousins.) They would look as similiar as other sibilings do.
My identical twin friend said her and her sister used to want to marry identical twins just to see what would happen.

Though this is possible, likely not. Even though the twins (assuming identical) have the same DNA, there are still other possibilities as can be determined with the Punett Square. Recessive traits may come into play and produce a child with different characteristics.

They will look as similar as siblings do (assuming you're talking about identical twins). Identical twins have the same DNA. They will not be identical, just like siblings are not identical.

No, since the children each would have different parts of their mother and father's dna. Same reason why normal siblings do not look completely alike.

You can not breed with relatives that close or the kids will most likely be very unhealthy and retarded.

It's very unlikely that they will look the same, they would look alike as much as brothers and sisters do.
