There are two way to look at it.
In Relativity, gravity isn't thing itself just a bending of space. Just like a bend in the road is only a way to describe something about a road.
In Quantum Mechanics, gravity is actually made up of Bosons (particle carriers of force) called Gravitons. To date gravitons are purely theoretical since no one has manages to observe a graviton yet.
While this may sounds weird, both are correct.

What gravity is made of is unknown. If it's made of anything. Gravity is what we say is the cause when we let go of something and it falls to the ground. The discernable property is that mass changes its motion. If you knew what causes it you'd be asking what causes THAT, and there's no end to that kind of questioning.

Gravity is not a physical thing. Gravity is the name given for the tendancy of masses to attract each other. The objects which have mass are real things. Gravity, on the other hand, is the name we have invented for our observation.

It is the bending of space. Mass bends space like a fat man bends a couch. The more mass, the more bending of space, thus the more gravity.

It's simply the force of attraction between objects of mass (i.e. all material things).
