yes its not that hard
im a circus preformer and im flexible and i do lots of training but i dont think many people can
were 1 of a kind lol

i can bend backward and grab my ankles...
i can lay on my stomach and put my toes to my head...
i can stand and bring one foot to my head
i can do the splits...

but i guess thats what being a cheerleader for 10 years will do to you
