Ask her. And listen. Do not give advice. Avoid "you could, should or should not."...no judgment. Practical tips on being a good listener and signs of depression are on the Net. Be there if you are able or see that someone is available at any time. I sense depression, which is often biological as much as circumstance. Perhaps she can tell a Dr. Do your homework about listening and depression. It can't hurt. It may save someone.

Ever been there? I lived there for 2 years. i will in basic terms say that that's a love/hate relationship. i like the historic past and the people, yet I hate the way they manage one yet another. To many, human existence isn't as useful as we see it. in assessment to black people in u . s ., the people of Africa do not view issues nor sensationalize it in an 'ethnic' way... different than in civil conflict. Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton does not final an afternoon in the villages I lived in.

Maybe she's being abused plus what the other answer is. Something is causing her depression. She should see a psychiatrist for meds. If parents won't allow it call a dr to see if they would help her or she could talk with school counselor who is there to give advice.

See if u can talk to her and find out what's up with her. Don't give advice and just sit and listen to what she has to say. Maybe that's all she needs is for someone to listen instead making suggestions like " If I were u" or " You shouldn't " or "You should". Maybe she needs to see a MD as well. I would try to help her first.
