are the 9/11 conspiracy theories in fact a government conspiracy?

think about it

it makes the government look big and powerful, like they can do anything and get away with it.
and thus may actually make them more powerful

maybe president bush doesnt mind it so much if people think he blew up the twin towers after all?

Perhaps we should all be a little more serious about these theories.

How can an aircraft that big, make so little a hole in the Pentagon and leave so much of the surrounding structure and grass area un touched?

Where also in the wreakage?

Wouldn't a building as tall as a Twin tower- topple over, rather than implode down on themselves if hit at that speed by something that large?

Don't mean to offend any of my American friends here, but I'm troubled by these questions. Because if the answer to them is that they are the work of some conspiracy- this would then mean we are all in deep trouble.

How about this for a theory. The CIA might have informed him that maybe there might be some danger of the world trade center being attacked. Now mind you the world trade center was attacked before in the nineties while clinton was in office and the republicans held the senate and the house. But the buildings didn't come down ect. So he might have thought that they tried once didn't do what they set out to do. Rejected the idea of major castropy happening. Then Kaboom 9/11 happen. Wow I better listen better to the CIA guys. CIA just informed me that Iraq has weapons of mass destruction. They hate American especially after the gulf war.
Just a theory.

Such a theory is in fact flawed in that the government loses credibility with such rumors. Government would rather gain in public power and credibility by not being involved in such rumors. I can understand individuals wishing to believe that big government was somehow involved, it is however a very slim chance. There are actually people out there who just want to kill us. That's the way the cookie crumbles.

if you watched the video of the secret service agent telling him a second plane just hit the world trade center ! he looked like a pale ghost. he said then we new we where under attack! he jumped up to get the hell back too air one baby! then he knew who was responsible and the next day stating wanted dead or alive! I'll never forget how cut this little girl was that was on one of those planes we want them dead or alive doesn't matter if it takes 10 days or ten years dead or alive!!!!
