For sure. I think it's happened a few times, once at least for sure here in detroit. It was a little before my time, but the sports radio guys talk about it all the time. It was 60's or early 70's when the Lions played at the old Tiger Stadium.

Sadly, yes, once in the pros, and multiple times in College and Highschool ranks, I don't know the details, but yes, it happens.
