I agree with the heating advice; however, use your blow dryer rather than a lighter. Wait until it has cooled a bit; you don't want to burn your eyes.
Try curling close to the base of the lashes, and putting the mascara further along toward the tips.

Yup, heat your eyelash curler with a hair dryer. Start curling your lashes from the base upward so it doesn't look like a checkmark. Curl the base and count 10 seconds before curling the middle part (for another 10 seconds) then the tip for anther 10 seconds. It's not really advisable to apply mascara before curling because your lashes might break. :-)

You can either try applying a coat of mascara and then curling them, or heating up the eyelash curler with your hair dryer before you use it, and itll keep the curl.

Curling your eyelashes continuously makes you look greater wide awake and makes your lashes seem longer (whilst blended with mascara). usually conversing, you should use an eyelash curler previously employing mascara. that's because of the fact attempting to twist eyelashes with already utilized mascara would reason the lashes to interrupt actual. That mentioned, in prepare I do the different, because of the fact i'm getting a greater result. clearly you do not would desire to twist your eyelashes. in case you do not desire to yet decide to realize curl, I advise buying a mascara with a comb somewhat of a broom, because of the fact it separates and defines the lashes and additionally makes them seem longer. make certain you do not prepare too lots nevertheless - only prepare it gently, in any different case the lashes will look clumpy. i've got carried out a modelling course which blanketed studying approximately makeup, and that i grew to become into informed that this is not mandatory to purchase high priced mascara, lip-liners, eyeliners and so on yet to purchase solid high quality beginning place (even though my conceal-woman works suitable for me). So i take advantage of the Rimmel kind of mascara, it regularly costs me between $12 - $17 (relying on which one i purchase) and it incredibly works suitable for me - plus they have a brilliant variety!

after i apply my mascara i heat my index finger with my hairdryer (medium heat) and push up against my lashes to get a curl. it works for me. maybe use a curling mascara as well as your eyelash curler if all else fails. good luck!

I know you are supposed to curl before applying mascera, but if you want, you could try heating up the curler with a lighter, just a lil so its warm, and doing it after you apply mascera.
