Please refrain from crude immature put downs such as "blow hard". And please refrain from words like "funny". If you have an opinion back it up with a detailed answer on a subject that you disagree/ agree with him on and why you feel he is wrong/ right on that particular issue. I defy anyone who "hates" or "loathes" him to give me a concrete reason why you do based on an issue that you disagree with his point of view on, and then back it up with facts. All without twisting his words or taking them out of context. Thanks.

Oh, gee, let me count the reasons that I loathe this particular gasbag:

1: Got out of Vietnam by complaining of a 'sore anus!' How classy.

2: Campaigned to put ronald reagun on Mt. Rushmore when he voted against the guy!

3: Was a failed liberal DJ who lived on welfare for 4 years!

4: Was an outspoken critic of drug rehab when he is in fact a druggy himself who has checked into rehab 3 times!

5: Attacks homosexuals daily despite the fact that he was arrested for soliciting homosexual prostitutes in 1971 in Pittsburg and is gay himself!

6: Has been married 4 times but never consumated his marriages, according to his 2nd and 3rd wives!

7: Lies to his listeners about all of the above!!

8: Attacks disabled people for fun.

9: Is a fat, disgusting, bald, queer, drug-addict, lazy asswipe who makes a living by lying.

He reduces most detractors to point where they can only resort to name calling, making them loosers and further exposing their flawed and disorganized thought process. They get pi$$ed off initially, but if they truly listened to the man for a while they might throw off the shackles and realize that the best help is self help. To depend on the promises of government to solve all your problems is the best way to keep yourself stuck on lower end of economic prosperity.
By the way, the poorest segments of our society are considerable better off then any other place on the planet. Can you imagine what can be accomplished with some effort?
When it is all said and done, we become the sum total of the choices that we make in life.
Choose wisely your personal situation depends on it.

His research is excellent, far better than his competition. If you want analysis, he sure beats the broadcast "journalists' versions of reality.

His detractors take his statements out of context. I'm still waiting for him to say something racist and evil. Haven't heard it yet.

As far as his ability to predict how liberals will deal with political events, I find that he is right exactly 98.9% of the time. Those are high marks coming from a secular-humanist libertarian like me...

Hi,,, i use to like to listen to Rush,, especially when he was giving ole Bill a run on the honesty policy... lol

It seems that he has had his share of problems just like everyone seems to,,, and has lost a lot of his credibility thru his drug use and mishandling of affairs that have nothing to do with politics....it seems...

I am no expert, but maybe with the new congress being democrat, he can fire back up to his old standards....

good luck

I listened to his show last week. He talked for 20 minutes about how liberals like salt-ine crackers and conservatives like triscuits. No joke.

i choose not to listen to him or any extreme political view, because most of what he says is just bloated rhetoric.
