I'd suggest Pisces, Cancer and Scorpio. Be careful with the Cancers, they can be clingy. Pisces and Scorpios can be a bit mean when you piss them off. But all are capable of loving the fish the best. I'm a Pisces myself, Feb 21, and I have had the best relationship with a Scorpio and I'm really good friends with a Pisces. I have a Cancer ex, who was a bit clingy, but we are still friends.
