Here is a picture of it, and i know that it says earth air fire water, but i guess there is a hidden something in it....

Nothing's hidden inside, but it's an ambigram. Print it out and turn it 90 degrees and see what happens; then 90 more, then 90 more. You will see something cool.

The Illuminatie Diamond, like the Star of David, like most symbols, exist to convey 'deep' universal truths in a way that circumvents the circumspect narration of language. By composing the triangle of the 'four' elements, so that each exists legibly no matter the direction, implies that the secret of the world is balancing those 'essential' elements at the very center of the triangle. That way, no matter in which direction the participant faced, they would relate the the 'world' universally, regarding neither direction (and, by implication, no doctrine) as being more valid than any other.

I think it's just that it says the same thing upside-down. That's the trick.
