I think you could just go to Joanne fabric they always have fleece on sale, plus if you have a coupon from your Sunday paper there's a 40% off usually in there. good luck

Not sure if you have checked with Hancock Fabrics? I live in Memphis and I know that Hancock does the St. Jude Quilt of Hope and has special fabric for that; they may be able to cut you a deal or something? Maybe not the best answer or the one you were looking for, but something.
