Do you have to go to school? Is there an application process? How many years experience must you have?

I've seen calls for auditions every once in a while for shopping network hosts. I believe you need experience in sales and an area of expertise (such as gemstones or electronics) is helpful, as is having a cheerful personality and good camera presence. I guess the the best place to look would be to go to the website and see if they have any auditions scheduled.
