I have created a Microsoft Word File that I also have saved as a Web Page and Single-File Web Page and I'm curious as to how I would turn into a http://www.___.com site.

you have to register a domain name and host (or use some free host)
then upload it using file manager of your host or FTP.

do not purchase this methodology!!! do not even click on it. it is the freaking virus tricking you into it.additionally do not take it to Bestbuy or something, that's a waste of money. i could test it with your modern antivirus suite. If not fastened, uninstall browser, test, and then use yet another browser of not fastened. If nevertheless not fastened, restart your notebook and bypass to risk-free mode and then test. If all else fails, use gadget fix or perhaps reformat notebook.
