Well if you truly are an artist then it's really more about how you feel and the type of music that you feel is for you. But to answer what you asked I want to hear something that I can relate to yet sometimes I might can't relate to a song but I like it. It's all about how people take in a song and vibe to it. Sometimes as long as the beat is good and you find some nice lyrics to fit the song then it's a hit.

Good music. I love classical, new age, folk, country, rock, jazz, ethnic, ballades, .... Pick the one you love, be good at it and I promise to listen! :-)

u cant go wrong with sum good ole rock musik. it could be punk, emo, screamo, ska, pop, alternative just any kinda new rock
