1. the first attack in the world trade center did not happen on 9/11.
2. The first attack happened back in the 90's I honestly don't remember how many people were injured or died on the first attack.
3. The terrorist didn't bring down the twin towers. They cause damaged to the garage.
4. The CIA might have informed Bush that there might be an attack in the world trade center.
5. The building was believed to be solid and safe especially after the first incident there.
6. He didn't react because he might have thought the building and citizens were safe and the ground patrol was amazing. also leading to the believe it was safe.
7. Fact a terrorist recently caught in the UK has video tapes of the ground patrol that he took prior to 9/11 he aborted the idea of doing any act of terrorism here because it was so secure
8. Bush might have even stepped up the ground patrol without alarming the public and order to avoid mass pandemonium.
9. 9/11 still happened.
10. The CIA informs Bush that Iraq has weapons of mass destruction.
