I need a link to the Utah "grace period" law...Anyone know it?
I purchased a car today from someone we thought "trustworthy". Now that we get home and get on the internet, we find him not so "trsutworthy". I am just wondering if I can take the car back legally on Monday, or if I am "screwed". We have signed paper work, but we have not done the loan yet as we were preapproved through our credit union which is closed today for Veterans Day. I need to know what the law states! HELP PLEASE!

The car is not a lemon. Its just that he told us the kbb on it was alot more than it actually is. I am wondering if I can take it back because I don't know if the CU will let me get a loan for more that it books.
