"Reflections" (China Beach theme)
"Turn, Turn, Turn"
and of course....
"Ballad of the Green Berets"
The 60's weren't a great time for patriotism. However, I love the songs listed. They had great meaning. Thank goodness today, we have the likes of Toby Keith and a few others to sing about a proud country. The 60's were a harsh time. America definitely wasn't united. (Actually, I can't say we are now either.) We endured then and we will again.

This was popular while I served in the military in the late 60s in Berlin. We loved to dance to British and Amercan music at the West German Clubs. You knew we were GI cause of the white socks.
