Do I need to take history and geography on SAT subject test if I want to apply for university and the major is phycology?

Most Universities that look at SAT IIs will want 3 subject tests. The subjects are generally up to you, but most schools want to see your Math IIC results.

The short answer is: no, you don't. Use whatever subjects you're good at.

No. It's optional.

Although you may want to show the college admission officers that you are well-rounded. You should take biology if you're going to major in Psychology.

I suggest you take three, one humanities (Literature, History etc etc), one Science (Bio, Chem, Physics) and a Math subject.
