You can find several devices that will copy a cassette tape to a dvd, here is a list from froogle.google.com http://froogle.google.com/froogle?q=cassette+to+cd+recorder&hl=en&hs=2qS&lr=&safe=off&client=firefox&rls=Swiftfox:en-US:unofficial&sa=X&oi=froogle&ct=title

If you are looking for a computer based solution I would suggest getting a PlusDeck 2c from the guys over @ thinkgeek.com

Yes, you can
The 1st thing you need to do is connect your cassete player in your computer, using a P2-Stereo cable...
You connect the earphone out of the player in the ->Line In<- input of your soundcard (Usually, the blue conector)
After that, you need a good recording software (The one i use is goldwave, www.goldwave.com)
Basically, you will put your player to play the type and put the computer to record it...
There are 2 ways of doing it:
1) Record track by track, by stopping the record of the end of each, and saving the file.
2) (I think its easier) You record an entire side of the type, and then split the file into the separated tracks.

So ya, again, all you need is a cable with that earphone connector in both sides, one side in the player, the other at the blue connector of your soundcard.

If you have a off-board soundcard, the recording quality will be better, but is ok if you dont have it anyway...
Good luck and good recordings ^^

yes. You need to connect your recorder (line out) to your computer (line in) and run a software that will record the music. When recording make sure you save it as .wav. Then burn it onto the CD.
