I would like to start a street vendors business,what type of requirements must i meet to prepare and sell food

from a mobile unit.I want to prepare fried chicken,hotdogs,tacos, and other various cooked items,therefore,i need to know all of the rules governing this type of business and initial start up cost. Also i am currently looking for a trailer or self-contained mobile unit that will accommondate such a business.

laws and requirements vary from state to state - your best bet is to check on your state's official website. Most are fairly easy to navigate, or have a search function so you should be able to find information on food vendor's license easily.
