we girls get made fun of when we go to the washroom together?

That's a very easy question to answer. We men make fun of you because you get pissed off, and we think that is really funny.
So I will tell you a true story.
One time I made fun of my wife and her girlfriend for going to the washroom together. She just got a little grin on her face and looked at me and the other guy who had gone hunting in the woods with me. She asked if the woods we hunted in were up on Brokeback Mountain.
I have to tell you, there was a brief silence after she said that. The silence was broken only loud laughter by the entire group of folks (men and women) we were with.
The other folks have reminded me many times about my wife's comment. But you can be very sure that I have never kidded her again about going to the washroom with her girlfriend. I suggest that you try something similar with the men who make fun of you.

You missed the plot-Guys don't normaly go to the toilet together, they are quite capable of urinating on their own.
