My favorite singer is Aaliyah. She had the voice of an angel and she was so beautiful inside and out. When she sung, she didn't try to yell or scream like Christina Aguilera. And that's what I liked most about her. Her tone was soft and calm. And I could also relate to her lyrics. She was truly the best and she will be missed.

Canada's very own Sarah McLachlan. She sings amazingly and she knows how to play a lot of instruments as well. She is truly talented. Her songs raise a lot of important issues and can be related in all kind of ways. Like her song "Push" describes how her husband was there for her when she was going throw post-partum depression. Sarah McLachlan is the best!
