Sings/Symptoms
Vaginal spotting or bleeding
Pain or cramping in your abdomen or lower back
Fluid or tissue passing from your vagina
You really need to go see a Dr. If it was a miscarriage, then some complications can arise that need medical attention. If you did miscarry but did not completely abort all of the tissue, it could lead to a life-threatening infection and/or cause you not to be able to have kids later in life. If it wasn't a miscarriage, then you need to find out what it was. Either way, go to a Dr.

It is very possible that you did have a miscarriage. I believe I had one, 2 years ago, and didn't even realize it for weeks. It felt like a very painful, bloodier than usual period that came 3 days late. I never went to see a doctor, not even thinking, but my sister experienced the same thing. She called her doctor's office and the nurse said you're body naturally cleans itself out and not to worry. Going to a doc isn't a bad idea if you are worried, but it's more common than you'd think.

I hoped it has stopped by now. Yes, it could've been a miscarriage or a ruptured ovarian cyst or ruptured tubal pregnancy, but if that were the cause, you probably wouldn''t be writing now. I trust that you went to an OB/GYN Dr. If it was a miscarriage, it might not have been a complete one and you may need a D&C. Please get it checked out now!

If you avoid going to the doctor and it was a miscarraige, you could end up with a serious infection and uterine scarring that would prevent you from ever getting pregnant and carrying to full term in the future.

I sounds very much like a miscarriage. I strongly encourage you to seek medical advice. What ever is going on isn't normal.

Sounds to be like Braxton Hicks, or early signs of back labor. My mother went through the same exact thing with my brother. You'll be delivering soon!

If you know you are pregnant, then I would go to the ER right away. If it is time for your period, then I wouldn't worry, periods can be different sometimes.

Possibly a blod clot. I would go see a doctor unless you think you were preg. You might also have fibroids.
