If there is a cd-rom in the computer in question, you can just reset it. There are several ways to go about doing this. I would suggest reading the following page & comments.

You could also use the backtrack linux distros bootable cd available @ http://www.remote-exploit.org/index.php/BackTrack

i really don't think you will use this for good, but its so fun. Go to http://www.insidepro.com/eng/saminside.shtml, download sam inside. Use it and it should give you the password, if it says you do not have priviliges, get a linux live cd(you can download online and burn one to the computer), copy the sam file and add that to a flash drive. Then go back into windows, run sam inside and have it open the sam file.

Thats if your on a regular account and can't remember your password, if you just want to remove it, do what the guy above me said.

If you are an Administrator of your computer: Control Panel, Users Accounts, select "change an account", select account you want to change, and select "remove password". Or use a Guest account.
