You know what, I'm not sure I do like gnomes, because over the years. it's seems as if I've had an awful lot of tools come up missing. You know what I mean? I have a notion they may be pesky, that's all.....

They have a distinct tangy taste when sauteed gently with garlic, and are lovely cooked crispy on the barbecue, served with a side of fries. :P

As a matter of fact I do...although you have to fry up a mess of them to have a decent meal....they usually just reduce down to a gob of grease....
