The most important part of conceiving is tracking your ovulation time. This can be done by taking your temperature each morning at the same time and before getting out of bed. When you see it dip by a few tenths of a degree, you are ready to ovulate. Your cervical mucous is also key. When you have egg white like fluid, you are the most fertile. You need an egg white quality fluid in your vagina in order to carry the sperm back up to the egg. You should see traces of this in your underwear or on the tissue when you wipe. The length of your cycle is fine. Don't go by days, go by the signs that your body is giving you. And if all else fails, try having intercourse every second day until you get your period. This will ensure that the sperm is potent enough and some should still live in there until the next day. Good luck!

Yes, there are ways to tell when you are getting close to your ovulation. For one, watching your cervical fluid will tell you. The consistency change as you are nearing your ovulation. You will find out from people that you have to watch out for an "egg-white" consisteny, but that's easier said than done, since every women are different. I suggest getting the book, "taking charge of your fertility" by toni weschler and it'll teach you a lot. I've been using this method have have gotten pregnant 2x using it. I am actually now 2 weeks pregnant and haven't technically missed a period. It's that great when you know and understand your body.
As far as having a 35 day cycle. I do too. There is nothing wrong with this. As a rule of thumb, you ovulate about 14-16 days before your period. So if you start having sex on the day 19 and have sex for about a week - even if it's only every other day, you should get pregnant if everything else is fine and healthy.
Good luck to you.

EWCM is my high-quality predictor by way of a long way -- greater than OPKs! I'd Google 'egg white cervical mucus' and skim up on the way to establish it. Normally you'll be able to get it within the few days earlier than ovulation, which you'll then verify for those who get ovulation cramps, or by way of a temp spike if you are charting BBTs. I get it for approximately four or five days, after which at the day of ovulation it dries up. So each time I get it, we BD every day till it dries up. Then we BD yet another time for well good fortune :) playstation : If you are on a brief cycle, it could even begin in the course of the tip of your interval.

usually about 10 to 14 after the 1st day of your period. I didn't have a lot of symptoms for ovulation until after I had my first baby. But look for discharge, white or clear. If not seeing it but feeling wet and slimy when you wipe. Graphic, huh? (and I don't mean from being sexually excited)

According to your cycle, you fertile days falls between14th day to 25th days. You have to count the first periods day as day 1. You will feel the discharge and it will be very diluted and that is the exact fertile day. Other wise the discharge will be thick.

They actually vary. But general ones are breast tenderness and increased vaginal discharge and change in the discharge. You can use a basal body temperature thermometer (I bought one for 3.99) to monitor it. Or you can purchase those ovulation kits or chart it yourself. The site below is helpful!
GOOD LUCK! All the best in your "attempts!" ;-)

You are ovulating when there is mucus on your underwear or on your toilet paper after you wipe. You cannot get pregnant during your dry days when there's no mucus. Check out the info below.
