i am about to buy a PS2 after the release of the PS3 because i been hearing that the prices of the PS2 console will drop dramatically. Right now the price for it is around 150$~ i was hoping it drop to at least 90-100$~ lol. ok back to my question. Are the graphics for PS2 good? or does it suck -.-
and 1 more thing, how much do the cost of the average ps2 games cost? 39.99$? how much?

Considering that they're still making games for the PS2, they're pretty good. It varies from game to game though, as different designers do their graphics different ways.
The average PS2 games are about 20 - 50 dollars each, but if you go to your local outlet of EB Games or GameCrazy (GameCrazy associated with many video stores) you can find good used copies of PS2 games for 20 dollars or less.
