Alright, my friend heard this song, and wants to download it, but he doesn't know the title or the artist, lol. He said an African-American man sings it, and part of it goes something along the lines of, "Bring on the brakes! Break it up, break it up, break it up!" And it's from the 70's-80's. If anyone has any ideas to what the song might be, help would be appreciated.
