i have a birthday this sunday,ill be 58,and i want to know how can i stay fit,and healthy.10 yrs.ago i had quadtriple bypass and right now i have trouble with my right leg,and how can i keep the health i already got.iam not fat,i weight 150 lbs,and iam 5ft.7.iam trying,just want to know if theres anymore i can do.

my self i'm 56 years young, and i have taught myself that to begin with lots of it has to do with the way you look at things. if you think that your old then you'll feel old.
second: diet is important, if you eat lots of sweets, starches, and white flour items that will add years physically.
third: vitiams are the next step, i've found out multiple vitiams are the best
fourth: i walk every other day, and the other days i work out at home.
i feel better now than when i was in my late twenties and thirties.
my opinon is do all of these and your days will turn out better and you'll feel younger mentally and physically

Maybe just something lite, like some yoga or cardio, something easy, but it still owrks your body. I've had 4 hip surgeries, and I do both yoga and cardio, so it's not too bad.

EAT right. WALK if you can.DRINK 8 glasses of water a day. TAKE a one a day multi vitiman.STAY far from stress. DONT SMOKE.TAKE your meds. KEEP your DRs appointments.GET a flu shot.STAY a away from fried foods.

weel take walks first, then eat healthy. people believe excercising leadsto healthiness not completely true. If you don't eat healthy your putting back in what you jsut worked off wat good would that be?
