Yes. The people on top of the white house are highly trained snipers. There are also highly camoflauged people in the bushes and trees. So if you step foot on the white house lawn chances are thats the last foot youll ever step

Actually, yes, security personnel do patrol the White House roof. Maintenance staff also have access to the roof.

WOULD CONSIDER PLACING SPOTTERS ON A HIGHER PLANE THAN THOSE BELOW AND ON A LEVEL PLANE WITH BLDG AROUND??
SNIPER MAY NOT BE THE TERM TO USE BUT PEOPLE TRAINED IN THE USE OF QUICK FIRING-DEADLY ACCURATE. POSSIBLE OTHER ARMAMENTS

yes it is true. they are marine scout snipers, and you can every once in a while see them. i seen one when i went and visited the white house. they are dressed in black and stay up there for a while.
