Depends on how you paid. Some sellers ask for cashier's checks, money orders, or accept personal checks. In each case, the item appears only in your Ebay account and on any invoice they send you, if they send one at all.
Some sellers accept credit cards directly. In these cases, the line charge will show the total and the seller's business name, not the item.
Most sellers go through PayPal and I feel far more comfortable doing business with them. (There are still caveats, for if you have a deadbeat seller Ebay and PayPal will only guarantee a small portion of your purchase price returned.) If paying through PayPal, the item appears on the PayPal invoice. Your Account overview will show the total for the transaction and to whom it was sent; clicking on the seller's name should bring up the invoice with the item description.

What bill do you mean? Credit card bill or invoice from seller?
It will show: Ebay
Ebay is a great way to shop and there are tons of deals in everything. You can pay by paypal which is credit card or checking acct or you can usually send a money order to seller.
Right when purchase is made, you get an invoice to your email. You can complete checkout from that invoice and pay too.
Have Fun.

If you pay by credit card, your monthly statement usually lists the e-bay seller's i.d. or name.
