Trust me on this
1. buy some long johns to put next to your skin
2.pick out some clothes that agree with your body chemisty, something that keeps you warm but doesnt make you sweat. you dont want pneuamonia.
3. This is optional try adjusting yourself to the temperature of the weather by standing outside in a medium set of clothes. You can do this for about 5 - 10 minutes at a time.
4. Drink a hot drink before you go out to warm up your inner body. This will make so that you dont feel so cold. coffee hot or chocolate will do.
5.Protect your hands and feet with thermal socks and gloves. If either one are cold they can make the situation seem a lot worst than it is

Debbie,I guess there are problems with the weather no matter where you live. It's been in the 80's in MS until yesterday now it's 34 outside. I'm loving it up that it's "cold" here now. It won't last so I'm gonna blow the dust off one of my jackets and get dressed and go out some where before it gets hot again here. Which will probably be in two or three days. Come on home if you miss the heat, but would you bring us just a little snow when you do???

Buy a sun lamp!!! Have a luau and invite your friends. Make it a costume party and ask everyone to dress as if they are spending a day at the beach. Serve lots of drinks with umbrellas in them! Just kidding but the party is fun, I know how you feel about the winter.....I hate to be cold!

GURL--see what you can get into!!

Go see Joyce Meyer preach at her church--go see the Dream Center for girls with addictions(also funded by Joyce M)

Go up in the arch.

You know what? I would LOVE to go see Joyce speak! She is INCREDIBLE! She has helped re-shape my life and my thinking. I am more positive!

Anyway, wherever you go, layer your clothes! and stay warm!!
