Whatever is the easiest to eat! Mostly candy,power bars, ceral,granola, cookies,etc I work out five days a week and my appetite has increased. I do reguire more meals less in size thou.
Most favorite is COOKIES! I love them in the night! Chips ahoy, minis! yum yum
