I like to go ahead and walk up to them and see how they react when I start talking as if I really know them. It's funny when people say things like "Yeah, I remember her...haven't heard, how's she been doing?" Then you get those that just start laughing at you and walk away shaking their heads. Best of all, and it has happened to me once, is when ou find out you both really do know the same person.

ah yes. sometimes i have pretended to be stretching. sometimes i don't catch myself in time and have already started talking to them about this and that then admit to them i have no idea who they are. sometimes i have wave at someone knowing i know them only to discover it is my reflection in a window. i dance through life.

Nope, I just let them wonder who I am. The best one is when you wave at a man, and his girlfriend/wife is with him...you can just see, her gears start turning.
