Cramping, achiness, bleeding, discharge, etc, should dissipate within the first week, and you should be completely free of any after-effects within 3 weeks.

If you have ANY questions or concerns, you should call the doctor that performed the procedure and ask him or her to take the time to help you through your concerns.
