I have performed a cpu repair with bent pins, and it is not fun. You have to be OH SO CAREFUL! I suggest very small tweezers, and a steady hand, if not careful, you could bend other pins. I suggest having a magnifying glass too, just to know what you are doing - the other thing is to line the pin with the others, or else when you put it back in the socket, you could bend it again and possibly break the pin.

get a pair of really small and fine tweezers
wrap the edged part of the tweezers (usually the inside of them)
with a smooth cloth so it does not scratch anything
slowly
gradually bend the pins back.
do not force too much pressure
just apply just enough so that it will move
it will take a long time
so be patient
OR
you can send the cpu back to the seller for a new one as a DOA

Take a pair of tweezers and GENTLY bend them back into place. If you break a pin off you will have to figure out a way to resolder it back on. Unfortunately, this is the only way to get your pins back in place.

Unless you can (carefully) unbend them, you are out of luck...
