$80,000? $90,000? $100,000? Name me an annual salary you feel is the seperation line between regular middle-class people and those in the upper-middle or as they are sometimes refered to as the professional/managerial classes?

It differs from region to region. Like here in the Bay Area, the cost of living is way high so that line would probably be $100,000. Other less populated areas would be closer to $70,000-80,000.

It really depends on where you live, some places 30k is considered good and in some places 100k is considered poor. It really depends on the type of environment you live in. But the average for middle and upper middle i would say averages around 75-85k

$80,000 sounds about right for middle. Upper-middle is more like $100,000 to $120,000.

In Georgia, I think that about 50,000.00 is middle class.

i kinda want to know that myself, because my family as a whole makes 30000, not much when you put it that way
