You do have a problem of accepting yourself.
Why do you think that is the case? Without figuring that out, you would have a hard time keeping whatever confidence that you have got left.
For example, is it the environment that you're in that makes you feel that way? Are you being told about not enough friends, not smart, not pretyy, not thin, not enough? If so, find ways to get away from the negative environment and get with people who not only accepts you who you are, but encourages you to fulfil your potential and to make your dream come true.
Just a thought in addition to advices that other responder offered.

First of all, you need to erase the word NOT from your vocabulary when refering to yourself. As well,
1)You ARE beautiful. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If you think you are beautiful, then you are. Find something that pleases you about your appearance and emphasize it! I don't like my chin, but I love my lips! Therefore, I pay extra special attention to them. DO NOT compare yourself to what you see in magazines. Celebrites and model's jobs are to look good. Their entire lives revolve around it. They have the time and luxury to spends hours of their live agonizing over their appearances. They are all airbrushed in magazines and spend hours getting ready to go out with the help of several other people.
2) You are smart. There are many types of intelligence. I, myself, am academically intelligent;however, I am not socially intelligent. Most people will tell you that I am a complete dolt when it comes to the everyday nicieties that people seem to require. Find out what you are good at and nuture it.
3) When it comes to friends, it is quality rather then quantity. You need people you can count on to be honest and loyal. Your real friends will not only tell you the truth, but help you become what makes you happy."Friends will help you move. Real friends will help you move a body."
4) Boney is NOT beautiful. It is also quite unhealthy.REAL women have curves. They have a butt, they've got breasts and they are beautiful. If you feel that you are overweight, consult your family doctor. They will tell you if you actually NEED to lose weight. All those skinny girls you see out there are doing themselves a disservice. Your body requires a certain amount of fat to function properly- if you are underweight, you have a much higher risk of health problems as grow older. If you are overweight, try to incorporate a brisk walk a few times a week for about 45 minutes to help you shed it.
Every human being is precious. You are precious and you are special. You do not need to live up to the superficial expectations of a society that cares more about the brand of handbag you own then about you as a person. Nuture yourself and accept that all human beings have gifts and limitations. Find out what you like, what you're good at and never let anyone tell you that you are not enough, because they are the person lacking something, not you!

There is only one person just like you. You are the best at being you.
No one else could compare! We are all supposed to be different. The
world would be a boring place if we were all the same. Only you have
those amazing qualities that make up YOU! ..........feel better?

Advice of this nature almost always sounds corny, but here it is anyway:
be a positive person
be assertive
tell yourself every morning that you are ____ (smart, pretty, etc.)
Ask your friends why they are your friends-if they know you, they will see the good parts of you and remind you of all the reasons you're awesome.
find and read a book on this subject, there are thousands!!!

Don't compare yourself to others. If you compare yourself you are always going to make yourself feel bad because in your opinion you will probably always find somebody prettier, somebody with more friends, somebody thinner, and somebody smarter, so just don't do it. Try and be the best you can be and know that you are fine just the way you are.

god don't make mistakes baby-----
listen to bon jovi's song "welcome to wherever you are"
you are who you are suppose to be
you are where you are suppose to be
and you are there for a reason, worry about figuring that out,
not about what other people think of you.
